This Metalcore band from Bridgend, Wales, UK (Are you serious?) is being mentioned in the same sentence as bands like Alexisonfire and My Chemical Romance, which may be embellishing a little, but hey. Technically the band is pretty tight. Matt Tucks’ vocals teeter between harmony and Korn-like screaming, with heavy drums and machine-gun double-bass kicks that makes them sound more like Metallica and Anthrax, with occasional bouts of Limp Bizkit. In fact, they used to be a Metallica and Nirvana cover band, so go figure. Pretty good stuff for a debut album. —KA
